These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of new and second-hand suits and related products by DLT Premium Menswear ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2.1 We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizes, colours, and specifications are accurate.

2.2 Minor variations in colour, texture, and appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing differences.

2.3 Second-hand suits are pre-owned items and may show signs of wear, alterations, repairs, or age-related imperfections. Such characteristics are considered part of the item's condition and are reflected in the product description where reasonably possible.

3.1 All prices are displayed in £ and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Payment must be made in full before products are dispatched or collected.

3.3 We reserve the right to amend prices at any time prior to order confirmation.

4.1 An order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us.

4.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability.
• Pricing errors.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Inaccurate customer information.

5.1 Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5.2 Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

5.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

6.1 New suits may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

6.2 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.

6.3 Customers should carefully review product descriptions and photographs before purchasing second-hand items.

6.4 Second-hand suits may be returned if:

• The item received differs materially from the description.
• The item contains wear and tear that was undisclosed in the listing.
• The item arrives damaged in transit.

6.5 Returns for items that do not fit can only be exchanged for a suit that is in the required size. If no suitable suit can be found, then a return will be accepted for a refund in full.

7.1 Altered or customised suits are non-refundable.

7.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring sizing and measurements are correct. If an alteration is required because of you purchasing an incorrect size, please do not contact us for a partial refund. Selecting the correct size is the responsibility of the purchaser (unless they act on a suggestion from ourselves). All items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund as long as they are undamaged and unaltered.

8.1 Second-hand products are sold in their stated condition. Any defects will be clearly presented on all listings.

8.2 Customers acknowledge that second-hand garments may differ from new products in appearance, structure, and lifespan.

9.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

9.2 Our liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product.

9.3 We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profits or business opportunities.

10.1 Customers are responsible for following all care instructions provided with the product.

10.2 We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper cleaning, storage, alteration, or misuse.

11.1 All website content, including images, logos, text, and branding, remains our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12.1 Personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
